Direct Recruitment:
Qualification: Ph.D.(Engineering/Science) with 10 years experience or equivalent with 15/20 years experience
Age Limit: Below 50 years for Direct Recruitment
Transfer (absorption):
Eligibility: Officers of Central/State Govt../PSUs/Autonomous bodies holding analogous post on regular basis
Age Limit: 56 years for transfer/Absorption
