Applications are invited from eligible candidates for Junior Research Fellow, Senior Research fellow & Post Doctoral Fellowship in two research projects, Department of Physics Cochin University of Science and Technology Cochin.
Junior Research Fellow - Vacancy: 01 Post
Qualification: M.Sc Physics (1st class)
Preference: Solid State Physics/Semiconductor Physics
Pay Scale: 12,000 PM (2 Fellowships) & 10,000 PM (1 Fellowships)
Senior Research Fellow - Vacancy: 01 Post
Qualification: M.Sc Physics (1st class) Solid State Physics & 2 years research experience or proven research experience (Publications)
Pay Scale: Rs.16,000 PM
Post Doctoral Fellowship - Vacancy: 01 Post
Qualification: PhD /those who have just submitted/going to submit their thesis by three months can apply. Their research work should be preferably in semiconductor thin films/electrical or optical studies of semiconductors/solar cells.
Pay Scale: Rs.22,000 PM
Mode of Selection: Personal Interview
